How it works

Select the apps and websites to block and set your nightly schedule. After your morning unlock time, take a fresh photo that clearly shows you are outside in daylight. An accepted photo unlocks your selected distractions. Sharing with friends is optional.

Report a problem

Use Report / block on a photo or comment for harmful content. You can also email the support address with your username and a description. Never send your password or verification codes.

Delete your account and data

In blok social, open Settings, then your account, and choose Delete account. Confirm to permanently remove your account, shared photos, comments, likes and friendships.

If you cannot use the app, email abeagents@gmail.com from the email linked to your blok social account with the subject “Delete my blok social account” and include your username. We may verify account ownership before deleting data. Never send your password or verification codes.

Deleting your account also attempts to remove local Memories from the device where you make the request. For a request by email, remove the app’s local data or uninstall it to delete local Memories. Provider backups and security logs may remain for their applicable retention periods. Copies saved by friends cannot be recalled. See our privacy policy for details.

Delete data without deleting your account

You can delete your own comments in the app and remove shared photos from the feed. To request removal of specific cloud data while keeping your account, email abeagents@gmail.com from your account email, include your username, and identify the photos, comments or other data to remove. Do not send passwords. We may verify ownership. Your account and any data you do not request to remove remain. The backup, security-log and friend-copy limitations above also apply.

Community rules

Share your own appropriate outdoor photos. Do not post harassment, threats, hate, sexual content, exploitation, illegal material or other people’s private information. Respect other people’s consent. We can remove content and restrict accounts that violate these rules.
